Galderma Benelux is looking for a Brand Manager to join our Prescription team in Breda. The role is hybrid and gives you the flexibility to arrange your schedule.
As a Country Brand Manager- Prescription, you are accountable for the successful management of RX brands portfolio and pipeline innovations plus the achievement of a sustainable growth of the brands-categories under your remit in the whole region. You will be handling Galderma’s Rx brands for NMSC, Acne & Rosacea, and Immunology. Work closely with the Marketing Director Benelux, the Sales Head Prescription Benelux and International Brand teams for the Rx portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Marketing Director Benelux and develop the yearly Annual Business Plans on the key categories-brands and assist in the development of the Budget Plans for the RX unit.
- Develop and implement the specific product strategies (incl. pricing and reimbursement)
- Develop and implement the brand connection and activation plans towards healthcare professionals: B2B communication, detailing materials for the sales team, interaction with HCPs (e.g., congresses, events) etc.
- Manage close relationships with the Benelux KOLs and dermatologist community
- Develop and implement winning marketing strategies (ABPs) for your portfolio
- Monitor budgets and manage the demand forecasts (Benelux) and update the monthly Revenue Models
- Perform customers market research & analyze trends. Monitoring market trends, including competitor and customer insights analysis (HCPs, care providers, patients). Continuously evaluate relevant market events and identify new opportunities
- Provide tools and materials to sales force. Motivate and support them, getting most relevant feedback from market & answer the most relevant need
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree level education (Scientific, Marketing or Business preferable)
- Previous experience in Brand Management ideally within prescription drugs industry, dermatology industry is a plus
- Experience within Biologicals in immunology
- Worked in at least 1 market in the Benelux
- Experience of delivering commercial KPIs and brand plans
- Strong presenting and communication skills
- Self motivator and autonomous with strong planning skills to maximise results
- An entrepreneurial, adaptable and confident mindset
- Professional proficiency in Dutch (Flemish) and English. French will be a plus
